After completing the form submission I will follow up with a sample wedding contract. This document will do a decent job at outlining much of the information you are likely wondering about (how are photos delivered, when can you expect them, what are acceptable forms of payment, etc…).

Let's talk about your day
Next we will either plan to meet in person or schedule a call so that we can get to know each other a bit. I want to understand your priorities, and how you envision the perfect wedding day. I can answer any questions you may have about the contract / receive your input for revisions, and we can outline a draft for the wedding day schedule.

Contract & Retainer
Lastly, I will send an invoice for the retainer fee and a revised contract with details specific to your wedding. Once I receive both the retainer fee payment, and the signed contract your date is locked into my calendar & my services are secured for your event!
